One City exists to equip individuals in the Cedar Valley to remediate their barriers, and cohort-based programs that help end crisis, poverty, and addiction.
We work alongside adults who are justice-impacted, experiencing generational poverty, social isolation or recovering from addiction. By focusing on an individual's inherent worth, we help them secure stability and realize their capabilities.
Momentum is a proven successful, six-week rigorous life transformation and workforce development program from One City United that mines talent in Waterloo and the surrounding communities.
