A Catalyst for Life Transformation
One City exists to equip individuals in the Cedar Valley to remediate their barriers, and cohort-based programs that help end crisis, poverty, and addiction.
We work alongside adults who are justice-impacted, experiencing generational poverty, homelessness, isolation or recovering from addiction. By focusing on an individual's inherent worth, we help them realize the capabilities within their unique identity.
When a person sees their inherent worth within a healthy, tight-knit circle of peers, their world begins to reshape. This shift from isolation to connection creates a ripple of resiliency that strengthens Cedar Valley families, neighborhoods, and our local economy.

Momentum
A rigorous, 6-week life transformation program. Cohort members complete 100 hours of in-class education & 100 hours of volunteer work, focusing intensely on barriers to employment, in community, through five dimensions of wellness: Physical, Spiritual, Relational, Financial, and Vocational.
Recovery Cafe
A safe, trauma-informed, and sober physical space for peer connection. Healthy connection leads to healing and stability. Members plug into a Recovery Circle to foster a deep sense of belonging further secured by group volunteering.
