As 2024 is ending, we feel extremely grateful for how One City is growing!
We are:

Overflowing with gratitude for the more than 150 volunteers, supporters, and donors in 2024 who continue to make what we do possible!
Beyond impressed by the 200 guests, sponsors and 50 Momentum Alumni who joined in celebrating 4 years of service at our 1st Annual “Momentous” fundraiser event!
The hard realities of 2024:
A 30% increase in homelessness in 2024. Each Term nearly 1 in 3 of our Momentum participants (on average 3 per term) were homeless.
The demand for more staff is great in order to continue to provide the calliber of support and resource navigation our participants require.
But, 60% of applicants were turned away in 2024 from enrollment into Momentum due to the lack of space to accommodate participants - even after increasing class sizes from 12 to 14.

The Solution for 2025 & Beyond:
We reached capacity! That means we have surpassed the number of participants we can enroll in a year. In 2025, we are preparing to expand! Offering a second class each term will allow us to double our capacity to teach, train, and equip individuals.
To make this happen, we are asking for your support.Phase I of our expansion ($50,000) is to create space for a second classroom and training area. Fortunately we have the space, it just requires remodeling. Building #2 is behind our current functional office and classroom area. It's an attached, unfinished, natural location for our expansion.
Our goal is to have Phase I constructed by March 2025. Phases II & III will follow. Total project cost is estimated at $200,000.
